ODBC driver does not support dynasets

In order fo the Hazox application to be able to correctly process the tables on the AS/400 the ODBC section of the INI file must contain the following statement.

StatementOptions=1

example

[ODBC]
Library=${BinPath}dbodbc.dll
StatementOptions=1
