Any approved MSDS that can be viewed/printed in MSDS Access, can also be exported to a file in the form of a text file, RTF (Rich Text Format), or HTML (a file for the Internet). This is a one-by-one process.
Hazox does have a Web Publishing module that collects the MSDS documents and will publish those files to a Web Server. From the Web Server the MSDS documents can be search for and viewed from any Internet Browser.
This functionality is useful because the files can either be published in RTF or PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format, and could easily be placed on a CD-ROM for distribution.
