How to search by keyword Type words or phrases in to the text box then click the Search button. Use comma to separate words or phrases. System will try to find knowledge records that have ALL words and phrases in their keyword fields, title fields or summary fields. Scope of search Keyword search searches records within current category and its subcategories. Article ID or catalog ID search searches the whole knowledge database.
